Supreme Society ("Supreme Society," "we," "us," or "our") operates the private membership portal at supremesociety.ai and supreme-society.web.app (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

1.Who We Are

Supreme Society is a private, application-only network operated by Supreme Sport Rentals, serving verified vendors, brokers, investors, and students in the luxury and exotic vehicle rental industry. Access is granted by manual approval. The Platform is intended for business users aged 18 and older.

2.Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account & profile: your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, business details, and the membership tier you apply for.
• Authentication data: your password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider, never in plain text) and, if you enable it, two-factor authentication details such as a phone number or authenticator enrollment.
• Content you submit: files and documents you upload, notes, team member records, vendor reviews, inquiries, and entries you add to the Do Not Rent list.
• Screening records: driver's license and background check logs you choose to save for your own operations.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & analytics: pages viewed, presence/online status, and activity timestamps used to operate and improve the Platform.
• Device & technical data: browser type, approximate device information, and security signals from bot-protection tooling (Google reCAPTCHA / Firebase App Check).
• AI usage: when you use AI features, your prompts and usage counts are processed and logged.

Information about third parties

Some features let you submit information about other people — most notably the Do Not Rent list, which may include a renter's name, incident details, and an optional photo. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to submit this information and that it is accurate. See Section 6.

3.How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and verify membership applications.
• To operate Platform features — the vendor directory, Do Not Rent list, resources, AI tools, and investor portal.
• To secure the Platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms.
• To communicate with you about your account, approvals, and service updates.
• To analyze usage and improve our features and performance.

4.How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• With other members: your name and tier are visible to members in your tier; your email and phone are shown to Vendor-tier members and above only if you choose to display them in your directory privacy settings.
• Service providers: we use Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, and storage) and Anthropic (which powers our AI features) to operate the Platform. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
• Legal & safety: we may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Supreme Society, our members, or others.
• Business transfers: if Supreme Society is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5.AI Features

Our AI Market Intelligence and related tools send your prompts to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Do not enter sensitive personal information into AI prompts that you do not want processed by a third-party AI provider. Usage is logged for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

We take security seriously. Protections include server-enforced access rules that restrict data to authorized roles, private storage for investor and personal documents, encryption in transit, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, and bot-protection on requests. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to a need-to-know basis.

8.Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we remove or de-identify your personal data, except where retention is required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

9.Your Rights & Choices

• Access & correction: you can view and update much of your profile information in the Platform, or request changes from us.
• Directory privacy: you control whether your email and phone are shown to other members in your Community privacy settings.
• Two-factor authentication: you can add or remove 2FA methods in your account Security settings.
• Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.
• Marketing: we may send account and service messages; you can opt out of non-essential communications.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Contact us to exercise any applicable rights.

10.Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and operate security features. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect how the Platform works.

11.Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

12.International Users

The Platform is operated from the United States and our service providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. By using the Platform, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in locations with different data protection laws than your own.

13.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
