Before Rental
Getting you approved and on the road
Only Authorized Renter Pickup
Only the verified renter whose ID was submitted and approved is permitted to pick up and drive the vehicle.
Check-In Requirements
- Confirm your arrival time in advance.
- Late arrivals without notice may result in cancellation.
- Renter must arrive sober and alert.
Security Deposit
- Standard luxury: $500 – $1,000
- High-end exotic: $1,000 – $1,500+
- The vehicle will not be released without a deposit.
- Held for damages, tolls, fuel, late fees, and tickets.
No Unauthorized Additional Drivers
Only approved renters may operate the vehicle unless additional drivers were pre-verified.

During Rental
Keeping the car — and your deposit — in perfect shape
Prohibited Activities
No launch-control abuse, burnouts, drifting, street racing, or high-speed roll racing.
Geographic Limits
Do not travel past Palm Beach, Homestead, or toward I-75 without approval.
Mileage Enforcement
A daily mileage cap applies, with overage charges billed per mile.
Speed Limit
No speeding over 100 mph. A third violation terminates the rental.
No-Smoking Policy
A strict smoking ban applies inside the vehicle. Cleaning fee: $500 – $1,000+.
Traffic Violations
The renter is responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, speed-camera citations, and red-light tickets.
Fuel Requirements
Use premium fuel only (VERY important). Engine damage from the wrong fuel = full renter liability.
Damage Notification
Immediately report any check-engine lights, tire damage, or accidents.
Vehicle Condition
The car must not be excessively dirty ($50 – $150 cleaning fee), taken off-road, wrapped, modified, or used for filming / music videos without permission.
Parking Safety
Park only in secure, legal locations. Always lock the vehicle, and never leave the keys inside.

After Rental
Returning the vehicle & wrapping up
Return Time
- 0 – 59 minutes: grace period.
- 1+ hour: hourly late fees apply.
- 4+ hours: a full extra-day charge applies.
Fuel Level
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as check-out. Non-compliance incurs a fuel charge plus a service fee.
Cleanliness Standards
Return the car in identical condition. Extra charges apply for excessive dirt, interior stains, smoke odor, sand, or pet hair.
Mileage Overages
Charged to the card on file, and deducted from the deposit if necessary.
Damage Reporting Window
The client is responsible for any damage discovered within 24 – 48 hours after return.
